B

[πŸ‡¬πŸ‡/πŸ‘½] Appiah Boadu Prince Kwabena, popularly known as blackprince0001. Most people believe that I am the lost man from Taured with a broken Spaceship--can't believe everything you heard from the Internet, ey.

[πŸŽ₯/πŸ“Έ] A student-photographer by day, a machine code programmer at night- sometimes. You can check my resume page for more insights on all dark matter photographs.

[πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»/πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”¬] I am tech-savvy with an affinity for very wild ideas, a knack for pragmatical solutions, research, and modern technology and architecture. I am very keen on details and very receptive to constructive criticism and have a demonstrated ability to work in teams and produce desired results.

[πŸ“‘/πŸ€–] Robots, Software, Products, I build them all! So if you want to reach out on a collab (C++, Python, Rust, GOlang) projects: email appiahboaduprince@gmail.com. See you later Space Cowboy!

Question 1

  • Transcription is the first step in gene expression. It involves copying a gene's DNA sequence to make an RNA molecule. Transcription is performed by enzymes called RNA polymerases, which link nucleotides to form an RNA strand (using a DNA strand as a template). With today's problem, you will be required to create a program that transcribes the DNA sequence provided as input, and bonus if you are able to name the protein formed from the RNA sequence.

10 ATCGGTGACTATCG
20 CATCGTTCATCG
30 CATCGTGAAGT
40 TCGTGATTG
50 GCGTGATTC

There has been an insurgence of members learning C so I thought I might add submissions in C to the list. As always you can find this site https://goonlinetools.com/cpp-compiler/ useful for your submissions, just share me the links when you're done.

Question 2

  • In morphology and verbal play, an isogram is a word with no repeating letters (such as ambidextrously) or, more broadly, a word in which the letters occur an equal number of times. It is also known as a non-pattern word. Create a function that accepts a word as input and returns a boolean corresponding to the word being an isogram or not.

Note: I hope you like the introduction of scientific computing into the question catalog. if you want more of these to be included, and more of them with other fields, please let me know.
